We had a great day cycling around Ankgor Wat. Everyone also did a kilometer on an elephant.
We cycled 37km in 33 degrees for our warm up ride. Tomorrow we will cycle 20km in the dark to catch our boat to Battambang. |
| Day 2-4 (February 4th-6th) |

We all arrived safe on Sunday at the first camp site near a river. Monday morning we cycled about 40km. So far we have completed 230km from Battambang.
Everyone is doing fine. Tonight is the second night camping and tomorrow we will be at the school on the hill that HOPE UNION visited last Summer. |

Finished
Many apologies for the lack of daily updates. It was more difficult than we anticipated to communicate by email when in the back country of Cambodia. But we are happy to report that all cyclists made it safely to the finish in Phnom Penh and with the exception of Maho who is staying on an extra couple of days, everyone is enroute home. It was a great trip, with lots of memories, not least meeting the families whose lives have been changed by clean water and the families who are yet in need. More reports will follow along with some photos. Thanks for your support. |
