It is important that you are in good health. We recommend that you see a doctor before you join any HOPE Global Challenge. Please realize that we cannot be responsible for any accident or injury as a result of your participation in, or travel to and from, any of these events. You are participating for a fun and exciting challenge, while getting someone to sponsor your efforts for helping the world's poor.

For Fuji Climb participants, please be sure to provide the following information.
- Whether you are a client of H&R Group (includes ReloJapan and Lease Japan)
(H&R will cover the registration fee of each client plus up to 2 friends of H&R clients. "Friends" please also check "H&R Client?" and make a note in the comments section.)
- For arranging insurance, please inform us of your age.
- If registering for a family, please indicate all names and ages
using the comment box.
